BoxBell is a boxing round timer. You use it, I keep making it work, and this page puts the obvious in writing. There's no account, so using the app is how you agree to these terms.
I grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use BoxBell on your own devices, for your own training, coaching, or teaching. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, or repackage the app or its assets (including the recorded bell and clacker sounds) as your own product.
BoxBell Pro is a one-time in-app purchase — a single payment, not a subscription — that unlocks custom round and rest lengths, saved presets, extra bell sounds, and voice round announcements. It's billed once through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and stays unlocked on that account going forward. If you reinstall BoxBell or move to a new device, use the in-app Restore Purchase option to get Pro back at no extra charge.
BoxBell is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I test it carefully, but I can't promise it will be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate on every device and OS version.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BoxBell — including a missed round, a bell that didn't ring, or anything that happens during your training session. Use your own judgment in the gym or ring.
BoxBell is a timer, not a coach or a doctor. It has no workout logging, no coaching content, no health guidance of any kind — it counts rounds and rings a bell. People do use it to train and even to spar; that's between you and whoever you're training with, not the app. If you have a health condition, talk to an actual doctor before training.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, where BoxBell is made.
If these terms change, I'll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use BoxBell after a change means you accept the update.
